60FPS Patch PS2 Wipeout Pulse w test run (and instr.) (PCSX2)

PS2 version of Wipeout Pulse can now be played at 60 fps with PCSX2. View video in HD/ 60 fps for best quality. Instructions below:

*update: as of today, they deleted the file from the pcsx2 forum...but I re-uploaded it to a free site. Link is below. The patch is still a work in progress and may have some glitches. You can always just delete it if you dont want it.

How to install:

- Download, extract and run .exe file,

(If your antivirus blocking file, pause it or disable it for some time.)
- Choose destination folder

How to Use:

Open destination folder and locate file notes.txt, open it and read step by step.
